Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two, we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its progress the whole way.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately, we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships, but we can't guarantee a change once it's already on its way.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we're unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after that point. We'd still encourage you to reach out to us if this happens, we'll do what we reasonably can to help you track it down with the carrier.
