We stand behind every bottle of GOvara with a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date:
- Email us at helpgovara@gmail.com
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout
- We will process your refund within 3–5 business days
You do not need to return the product. You do not need to provide a reason. If 60 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at helpgovara@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
